Medifast reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of 76.4 million dollars for its Optavia business, with revenue per active earning coach of 6,529 dollars and 11,700 independent active earning coaches.
Net loss was 3.1 million dollars, or 0.28 dollars per diluted share. Cash, cash equivalents and investment securities totaled 169.8 million dollars with no debt. CEO Nick Johnson said revenue remained sequentially stable, supported by coach productivity and positive coach leading indicators as the company works through a turnaround.
The results followed the July 17 announcement that OPTAVIA is being rebranded as Trilivy, a metabolic health system.
