Waiora LLC has agreed to pay close to $12 million dollars to settle a Florida class action lawsuit over its anti-aging product.
The suit alleged that the company sold a mineral-enhanded anti-aging supplement called Natural Ceullar Defense, or NCD, that contained little more than water.
A class action lawsuit was filed last week against nutritional supplement company Waiora. The suit alleges that Waiora's supplement, Natural Cellular Defense (NCD), contained only a fraction of the stated amount of zeolite from 2004 to September 2011.
