Waiora Pays 12M to Settle Lawsuit

Waiora LLC has agreed to pay close to $12 million dollars to settle a Florida class action lawsuit over its anti-aging product.

The suit alleged that the company sold a mineral-enhanded anti-aging supplement called Natural Ceullar Defense, or NCD, that contained little more than water.

Members of the class action suit, estimated at nearly 80,000, will be entitled to a three-pack of NCD manufactured after the period convered in the class action suit.
