Reliv International announced three executive promotions to vice president Wednesday.

Ron McCain was promoted to vice president of sales development. He was previously director of distributor relations.

Brett Hastings is the new vice president-legal, following his promotion from associate legal counsel.

Barry Murov was promoted from director of corporate communications to vice president of corporate communications.
