NEW YORK (Associated Press) - Herbalife Ltd., which sells nutritional supplements and weight loss products, boosted its fiscal 2007 earnings guidance on Tuesday, after reporting that profit spiked 83 percent in the third quarter to top expectations.

Herbalife now expects 2007 earnings per share between $2.62 and $2.64, compared with previous guidance of $2.56 to $2.61 per share.

Analysts surveyed by Thomson Financial forecast full-year earnings of $2.60 per share.
