Upon completion of the merger, the company said that DubLi became its wholly-owned subsidiary and DubLi's Chief Executive and Operating Officers will assume the same positions with MediaNet, and MediaNet's board of directors will also be controlled by directors nominated by DubLi.
MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. (MEDG.OB: News ) announced that it has completed its reverse merger with CG Holdings Limited, a privately-held, European-based holding company for the DubLi companies, effective October 19, 2009.
