CarbonCopyPRO Welcomes New COO Rick Dearr
Mr. Dearr, who has worked with industry notables such as Robert G. Allen, Mark Victor Hansen and Mike Filsaime, will assume the company's day-to-day management responsibilities while lending his extensive multimedia experience to the expansion of CarbonCopyPRO's products and services.
"When my partners and I founded CarbonCopyPRO in 2005 we started with a big vision for where we wanted to take the company and how we wanted to serve our customers," stated CEO Jay Kubassek. "We've put in our time and now some significant doors have opened for us. Bringing Rick on board will allow us to focus solely on new resources, products and strategic relationships that will greatly enhance the level of service we provide to our customers."
A graduate of Brigham Young University, Mr. Dearr and a partner invented the first Apple Joystick, an internal fan and floppy drive OS switching hardware for the Apple II. He went on to serve as Division Director for CMS Enhancements' Apple Division where he doubled sales to $60 million in just 18 months. Mr. Dearr's professional experience also includes video game producer where he dealt directly with Sony, Nintendo, Sega, Microsoft and Apple.
