Herbalife Closes at New 52 Week High

Herbalife shares have been on an upward trend since the end of February, having closed for the year on Thursday at a 52 week high. Herbalife reported better than expected Q4 results on February 23, after shares rebounded from a key trend line as sales shot up 23% from last year to $630.9 million. In addition, earnings increased to 98 cents, leading over Zacks Consensus Estimate by 8%. Herbalife's Asia Pacific segment showed strong sales increases where sales were up 34.4% from the previous year. Two new markets were also established in Vietnam and Paraguay where HLF shares recently penetrated a key level of resistance above $45 to hit a new 52-week high above $47.
