'It was amazing,' she said of the trip to Beach Ford to pick up her award. Rousseau is an independent director for BeautiControl, an international party-plan direct-sales company with more than 70,000 independent consultants throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Similar to Pampered Chef and Longaberger basket parties, BeautiControl consultants go to homes, schools and businesses to help people de-stress, she said.
