Mannatech Lawsuit Settled For 35k
the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) received a complaint in 2009 filed by Jill Roberts that her employer, Mannatech Inc, had rejected her job applicancy due to her MS and neurogenic bladder syndrome. The suit alleges that Roberts was denied the reasonable accommodation of need-based restroom breaks, in addition to being denied the assignment at the company's call center in Copell. As a result, The EEOC sued Mannatech, alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
