That Free Thing is a new online “freebie” portal that claims to offer hundreds of free deals to its members every day. The company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, but does not yet have a fixed corporate address.
New members may enroll online for $25 and incur a monthly membership fee of $9.95 for access to the website deal stream. That Free Thing members also receive periodic email alerts for “Free Stuff”. The member deal stream includes a list of “Hot Deals” for various merchant products and promotions.
Founder Seth Frazier previously launched FreebieForce.com in 2007. FreebieForce was a virtually identical business offer, and the company claimed over 100,000 active members before the member list was merged into LiveSmart 360. The FreebieForce.com domain now redirects to ThatFreeThing.com.
