Wealth Pools International markets their TNT software product through independent sales reps. The Wealth Pools International commission structure has several levels, including a a leverage pool, achievers pool, and executive pool. Commissions are based on the sales and renewal of the software. On December 11, 2007 the US Securities and Exchange Commission filed an asset freeze against Wealth Pools International, Robert Lane, and Recruit for Wealth Inc, labeling the company "A Global Pyramid Scheme Preying on the Hispanic Community".
