Herbalife Press Release

Nutrition and direct-selling company Herbalife Ltd announced on Thursday the appointment of Ibi Fleming as senior vice president and managing director of the North America region of the company. The company said Fleming will report to the company's president Des Walsh and will lead all business, strategic, sales and marketing functions across the region, which includes the US, Canada, Jamaica and the Caribbean. Fleming replaces Herbalife's senior vice president and managing director, Tom Zimmer, who is retiring from the company but will assist with the transition until his effective retirement on 1 March 2011. Most recently, Fleming served as vice president of sales and marketing for the US Latin market of the company, which she joined in 1998.
