Mr. Gilmer served as a consultant and liaison to several fortune 500 companies entering the Direct Sales industry. Prior to Regeneca International, Inc., Mr. Gilmer introduced a billion dollar Direct Selling brand to the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) and China's Department of Health & Commerce.
