Protandim® is manufactured under an agreement with The Chemins Company, Inc. (Chemins). Chemins is registered with the FDA, and maintains a quality system program designed to comply with all requirements of the GMPs for Dietary Supplements and the current NNFA GMPs. Chemins' quality standards are certified by A.C.E.R.I.S.* which states that Chemins complies with all "Good Manufacturing Practices of the Food and Drug Administration". Additionally, Chemins is scheduled for an audit for NNFA Certification which confirms that the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in place meet the 'soon-to-be-proposed' GMPs developed jointly by NNFA**, FDA*** and other industry associations. Herbal ingredients, sourced from around the world, are chosen for quality, purity and potency. Each herb undergoes a quality review process for potency, purity and identification prior to acceptance by Chemins for production. In fact, most raw materials are not purchased until a representative sample has been tested and approved by Chemins' in-house laboratory.
