Fantasia Home Parties is a Canadian party-plan direct-selling company specializing in intimacy, bath-and-body and adult novelty products. Fantasia has been an active business since the early 80's. By 2004, Fantasia reported approximately $3 million in annual sales, 200 independent representatives and more than 500 home parties per month.
Fantasia's product line includes massage oils, edible creams and powders, lubricants, lingerie, books, games, bath-and-beauty products and adult toys. Consultants traditionally present the products at private home parties, including girls' nights, bachelorette events and couples' parties. Customers can also order through consultant-operated replicated websites or directly through Fantasia's online store. Hosts receive gifts and free merchandise equal to approximately 10% of guest sales, with additional rewards based on total party volume.

Enrollment Options
Fantasia Romance Consultants can get started with one of three business kits priced at $99.00, $195.00, or $395.00. The company offers a payment plan for the two more expensive kit options. Each kit includes product samples and supplies, as well as a personalized website and a 50% buying discount.
Compensation Plan
The company uses a limited-depth multilevel party-plan compensation model. Consultants receive a 25% commission on weekly personal sales and may qualify for product discounts of up to 50%. After earning the company's Canada Wide Sales promotion, eligible team leaders can receive 3% of the commissionable volume generated by personally recruited consultants and 1% from recruits sponsored by those consultants. Recruiting commissions are limited to two levels and are capped according to monthly team volume. A team leader generating $1,600 to $2,499.99 in monthly commissionable volume can receive no more than $50; the cap rises to $100 at $2,500, $250 at $3,500 and $500 at $5,000 or more. Consultants with novice status do not qualify for recruiting bonuses.
