The Qnanza compensation plan offers four ways to earn:
1. Personal Sales Bonus - a $100 sales bonus when a new Qnanza client enrolls in the program
2. Renewal Sales Bonus - a $50 bonus to campaign directors for every month that a client renews
3. Binary Commissions on Business Volume
4. Matching Bonus to Campaign Directors from the enrollment team that they build.
