Scentsy Compensation Plan

The Scentsy Compensation Plan is a ranking system designed and implemented by Scentsy for all of its independent contractors and sales consultants which regulates the percentages of commissions and royalties.

Consultants who meet and maintain the sales criteria required for their rank, and are remain in compliance with the Independent Consultant Agreement, qualify for all available benefits under the Scentsy Compensation Plan.

Under the Scentsy Compensation plan, all commissions are based on an individual Consultant’s sales, which yield scaled titles that coincide with each level of sales efficiency. These titles provide a different set of benefits which increase alongside each rank.
