Mark is a “serial entrepreneur,” having successfully started seven businesses before founding SoZo. That kind of record comes from having the vision to see opportunities before everyone else does, along with the skill and creativity to turn those opportunities into wins. He’s also successfully managed a $200 million global manufacturing and distribution business, and was named Ernst & Young’s 2008 Entrepreneur of the Year.

Larry’s been involved in the network marketing industry for 23 years, and in that time he’s played every important role. Successful distributor. President and CEO. Founder of a thriving multi-million dollar nutritional products company. Larry is a dedicated entrepreneur, and he’s devoted to the promise that the nutritional industry brings for people in every stage of life. In addition, Larry’s served on governmental and ethics committees of the leading industry trade group, the Direct Selling Association.

Mr. Loranger began his career with the US Air Force. After the USAF he founded Loranger & Associates, an electrical and mechanical design services company while attending the University of Colorado. After graduation he spent 25 years with Emerson managing global teams in customer support, engineering, marketing, and sales. His passion for startup companies led him to create PendoVis Consulting, LLC and direct his energy to taking small businesses from creation to profitability. He most recently has been an investor and consultant for seven different companies. His diverse background and experience brought him to SoZo Global to lead our performance-oriented culture.

Mr. Loranger holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University. He currently serves on several company boards is past Chairman of the Board for the Central and South Texas chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Michael’s strength is motivating people and relating to distributors. He has extensive public speaking experience, and he has built a career as a network marketing industry trainer, leading seminars that have led to millions in sales.

Manufacturing, purchasing, shipping, inventory—it’s where the rubber hits the road. What Jim brings to the table is world-class leadership on the operations side. He led operations and compliance for a network marketing company with more than $185 million in sales and guided his own company to over $50 million.
