Robert T. Edwards, Co-Founder and President

With a lifelong interest in science and health, Bob received his degree in organic chemistry and microbiology from the University of Manitoba. As an accomplished business executive, his entrepreneurial career has spanned over 40 years and includes outstanding successes in the construction/home improvement industry, commercial and residential real estate development, financial services, network and direct marketing, ecological mitigation and efficiency improvements with fuel and oil additives, and health and wellness products.

As Co-Founder and President of YouthJuice and YJ Sciences Inc., Bob's proven ability to form the vision and oversee the international development of half-billion-dollar-a-year enterprises is matched by his commitment to providing solid personal empowerment programs and effective, competitive leadership and compensation programs for independent distributors and business owners. His ongoing commitment to preserving individual health freedoms and providing cutting-edge functional food products which make a real and lasting difference in people's lives drives the market and product development strategies for YouthJuice and YJ Sciences Inc.

Involved in a variety of charitable causes, including BC Children's Hospital Foundation, Bob has pledged a portion of all profits generated through YouthJuice and YJ Sciences Inc. to be utilized in the discovery of novel and successful treatments for childhood diseases and health challenges.

With over 30 years in outstanding global business development and a degree in industrial technology, Rick Hingson joined YouthJuice and YJ Sciences Inc. in February 2009. Responsible for operations management, including information services, accounting and financial reporting, warehousing and distribution services, vendor relations and product development, Rick's in-depth knowledge and practical work experience in building inter-connected IT infrastructures, multiple-location sites and call centre accountability systems makes him the ideal candidate to manage the rapid growth of YJ's international business model.

Rick's innovative and critical thinking skills have resulted in the issuance of U.S. patents for a variety of engineering applications, and his successful negotiation and acquisitions of businesses in Europe, South America, Australia and China provide YouthJuice and YJ Sciences Inc. with the international business acumen required for successful global growth. An American citizen holding dual passports, Rick's commitment to community service is demonstrated by his participation in the Canadian Youth Business Foundation, where he is a Registered Mentor assisting young entrepreneurs to launch and sustain successful businesses.

Lorraine brings to YJ Sciences Inc. over 20 years of successful business and event management experience and joined the company in 2005. Her responsibilities include the direct oversight of all distributor relations, communications, market research, distributor training programs and recognition and incentive programming.

An entrepreneur since the age of 19, Lorraine holds a fine arts degree and, prior to joining YJ, specialized in creating and expanding existing retail stores as well as sales promotions for sporting goods and events. Additionally, she has held a variety of positions with outdoor activities organizations, including outdoor equipment manufacturing and marketing firms, where her focus was on devising productive marketing and promotion strategies for field representatives and building sound operational structures and home office teams. A life-long proponent of preventive health maintenance and alternative and complementary healthcare, Lorraine also focuses her time with YJ Sciences Inc. on the administration of the Charitable Giving Programs established by the company's founders.

With an extensive background in international marketing and promotions, Sunni recently joined YouthJuice and YJ Sciences Inc. to spearhead the Company's marketing activities. Sunni, an international fashion model and former spokes-model for DeBeers Diamond Information, is renowned for her youthful and unconventional brand of consumer marketing known as "lifestyle". As a member of the leadership team at YJ, Sunni is responsible for the development and execution of company strategic initiatives including brand awareness, public relations, special events and promotions.

Ms. Brooke holds degrees in Broadcasting and Journalism from the University of New South Wales, and a degree in Gemology. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Sunni now lives in Vancouver, B.C.
