Allen Kimble

Allen Kimble received a degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1987. Since that time he has been actively involved in various facets of corporate accounting and has served as Chief Financial Officer for several publicly traded companies. A CPA in the state of California, Mr. Kimble specializes in securities accounting and SEC filings, and played an integral role in coordinating the filings and contracts required to transform eWorldMedia, Inc. into a fully-reporting publicly traded company. In his role as CFO for eWorldMedia, Inc., Mr. Kimble is responsible for financial planning, fiscal control, SEC filings, press releases, investor relations, contracts, and company accounting functions, including account receivables and payables.
