Jeff has owned and operated many of his own successful businesses over the last 15 years. Prior to entering the law, Jeff also spent several years in Distributor Compliance and customer relations positions during the early years in one of the ten largest direct selling companies in the industry managing to acquire an intimate understanding of the intricate parts of that business. Since entering the law Jeff has operated a strong legal practice focusing largely on sophisticated corporate and real estate transactions, and complex business and estate planning.
