Jose Antonio, Ph.D. FASCM, CSCS is a leading research advocate in the field of performance nutrition. He is the co-founder of Javalution Coffee Co/ Science Advisor and CEO of the International Society of Sports Nutrition (www.theissn.org) and the host (with co-host Carla Sanchez) of the Performance Nutrition radio webcast/podcast (www.performancenutritionshow.com). He is also JavaFit's Science Officer (and co-founder) of Javalution (www.javalution.com). Dr. Antonio is a prolific writer and speaker in the field of sports and performance nutrition and a popular consultant to industry. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed scientific papers and has written several books in the field of sports nutrition and exercise (www.joseantoniophd.com). Dr. Antonio completed a Ph.D. and post-doctoral research fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas Texas.
