Pam Sowder is the Director of Marketing for It Works. She holds an extensive background in network marketing and has dramatically shaped the business training system used by It Works distributors. She travels throughout the country, helping distributors promote products and build their businesses. Her hands-on approach and passion for the success of others reflects our corporate interest in developing and enriching our community of distributors.
