Paul Rossi

Investment Bank, Mr. Rossi has 32 years of experience in the energy industry, including wholesale and retail energy commodities and regulated utilities. He was manager of regulatory affairs for UIL Holdings Corp., including its principal operating subsidiary, The United Illuminating Company, and active in Northeast energy markets as director of natural gas supply for Southern Connecticut Gas Company. Prior to joining Southern, he was senior economist at the New York Power Authority engaged in fuel supply and IPP project development. His experience includes regulatory and planning matters in California, before the California Public Utilities Commission and California Energy Commission in the finance and gas engineering divisions of San Diego Gas & Electric Company.
