Thomas Stamatis, COO/CFO

Mr. Stamatis has successful and varied financial management experience ranging from Fortune 100 to privately-held entrepreneurial companies in consumer products, food and beverage distribution, manufacturing, high-technology and homeland security devices, information technology services, environmental technologies.

Mr. Stamatis has demonstrated strong management, financial and operations planning strengths in, strategic planning, re-structuring/turnaround, product profitability, business opportunities analysis, mergers, acquisitions, project management, augmented with strong financial modeling and process reengineering skills. Mr. Stamatis has particular strengths in both business analysis and organizing early stage entrepreneurial companies for growth having led financial and organization processes.

Mr. Stamatis has successfully served as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Advisor/COO to several entrepreneurial start-up and early stage growth companies including: StereoVision Imaging, Inc., Nutrisource/XPI- International, Inc., Global Technology Alliance, LLC, Inofood, Inc.

Prior to his entrepreneurial company financial leadership, Mr. Stamatis had served for 25 years in senior financial planning and analysis leadership roles with large Fortune 100 companies, in the consumer packaged goods and marketing products sectors. These included, Heublein-R.J. Reynolds, Inc, Laura Scudders-Borden Snacks Division, Hunt-Wesson-ConAgra, Corporation, Inc. He offers solid experience with working in high exposure, high pressure consumer marketing environments, and has a sound understanding of promotional, marketing concepts ,delivery programs, practices and their financial impacts.
