Medical Marijuana, Inc. (OTC: MJNA), parent of the direct-selling CBD brand Kannaway, entered into an asset purchase agreement with MFINITY Global LLC. Under the deal, MFINITY's product line, built around the antioxidant Muscadine, will be marketed and sold exclusively under the Kannaway brand through Kannaway independent brand ambassadors.
MFINITY president Bill Andreoli was appointed president of Kannaway. The company said Andreoli has completed more than a dozen acquisitions during his career, positioning Kannaway to pursue Medical Marijuana, Inc.'s newly adopted growth model of expansion via acquisition.
Andreoli said acquiring and integrating brands is something he has done successfully before and that he plans to apply that model at Kannaway.
