USANA Finalist for Customer Service Award

USANA Health Sciences, Inc. was named a finalist today in Contact Center of the Year category in the fourth annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service, which will be presented on February 22 in Miami Beach, Florida.

Over 500 entries from various organizations and industries were submitted for this year's competition, which includes 27 categories for customer service professionals, Contact Center of the Year, Customer Service innovation, as well as Customer Service Department of the Year. In addition, there are 41 categories ranging from Global Sales Leader of the Year, to Department of the Year.

"Each USANA service representative demonstrates first-class service through clear communication, one-call resolution and interactions that exceed customer expectations every time. We are extremely honored to receive finalist recognition by the Stevie Awards." said Alan Bergstrom, USANA Vice President of Customer Service.
