USANA Named Best Place To Work for 6th Straight Year
"We are thrilled that our commitment to creating a great workplace has been recognized by OUTSIDE Magazine for a sixth consecutive year," said Kevin Guest, president of USANA. "We want our employees to live their lives to the fullest and encourage them to do what they love, and earning this title demonstrates that USANA has continued to create a positive and engaging work environment for its employees."
More than 700 USANA employees in Utah enjoy impressive workplace benefits, including an annual profit-sharing program, free monthly company health products, excellent health and life insurance packages and regular health fairs. USANA's efforts have also earned it standings on Utah BusinessMagazine's "Best Companies to Work For in Utah" and PR News' list of "Top Places to Work in PR".
"We make sure our employees have everything they need to lead healthy, productive lives by providing them with benefits such as a fully equipped gym, wellness consulting, monthly massages and an employee cafe stocked with affordable, fresh food," said USANA Chief Communication Officer Dan Macuga. "Our Associates and customers rely on us to come to work excited to do the best we can each day. Having a supportive work environment helps motivate our employees to do just that."
To find the best places to work in the United States, OUTSIDE conducted a rigorous eight-month vetting process in partnership with the Best Companies Group to assess the policies, practices, and demographics of hundreds of companies, and went straight to the employees to hear about factors like corporate culture, role satisfaction, work environment and overall employee engagement. The "Best Places to Work" list represents the cream of the crop: companies that cultivate a comfortable and collaborative workplace, enable their employees to enjoy the great outdoors and take pride in their roles in the community and the environment.
