I have been using the product for about three years. I have consumed vitamins for years before being introduced to USANA. I now have the confidence in knowing that I use one of the best available. I have been on a learning curve about supplements and vitamins. RDA is the MINIMUM floor you need not to get rickets or scurvy. It was never meant to be a guideline. USANA's Essentials are based on science of what the body needs. USANA is a great company with it's heart in the right place.
