The bankruptcy trustee sued Organo Gold, Holton Buggs, and others, alleging misappropriation of trade secrets, interference with contracts, and related claims. A jury ultimately awarded AmeriSciences' bankruptcy estate approximately $3.46 million, and appeals were unsuccessful.
