The company provides a large selection of skin care products sold by independent Fluhme Beauty Artists primarily at home-based Beauty Events nationwide. Fluhme also offers the opportunity for entrepreneurs to join the company and get involved with selling products in exchange for commissions and bonuses, and participation in Fluhme's compensation plan.

Fluhme's hosts are eligible to earn $200 or more in free Fluhme products for hosting Fluhme Beauty Events.
