Team BeachBody

Previously an infomercial company under a different name for the last 11 years, Team BeachBody was founded by current CEO, Carl Daikeler, who started the company to sell health and fitness products via telemarketing, including nutrition programs and exercise videos. In 2007 Daikeler launched Team Beachbody as a new business model for distributing Beachbody products.

Team BeachBody is a network designed to help individuals lose weight using the P90X workout in addition to healthy eating, community support, a cool down chat area, and access to foods, workout tips, advice on eating healthy, and even a 10% discount on Team BeachBody merchandise. The network offers a variety of videos such as P90X Muscle Building DVDs with Tony Horton, Hip Hop Abs, Slim in 6 weeks, 10 Minute Trainer and many others.

Team BeachBody offers MLM opportunities via "Coaching", which is Team BeachBody's version of a sales associate. Coaches are said to make their own hours, operate without having to keep an inventory, are assigned their own sales website, and earn sales based commissions through a downline network.
