William M. Alverson

Mr. Alverson began his career as a financial advisor at American Express in 1989. In 1993, he founded venture firm WMA & Associates. At WMA , Bill led the financings and provided executive management and advisory services to early stage companies including Pacific Snacks, Genius Products, Travelmax, Admore Memory and Freerealtime.com creating over 700 million dollars in market capitalization. He has extensive public company executive management experience having served as both chairman of the board and CEO of publicly held Travelstar and Travelmax.

Mr. Alverson has grown companies from start-up phase to managing enterprises with over 200 employees, 40,000 independent distributors and 100 million dollars in sales

Mr. Alverson oversees all activities, direction and development of TravelMax International, Inc. He has been Charimain and CEO of W.M.A. & Associates, Inc., a financial public relations firm specializing in Investment Banking and Investor Relations for publicly traded companies. Mr. Alverson comes from years of successful operations in the financial services industry.
