The brokerage became a subsidiary of eXp Realty International Corp. in 2013, and its parent later adopted the eXp World Holdings name. On June 11, 2026, the parent company changed its legal name to AGNT, Inc. and moved its state of incorporation from Delaware to Texas. The eXp Realty name remains in use as the group's principal cloud-based brokerage brand.
