Mannatech disclosed in a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it will not renew the employment agreement of Chief Financial Officer James Clavijo, which expires on June 30, 2026.
The company said it formally notified Clavijo of the decision on March 19, 2026, following a discussion and mutual agreement. Under his agreement, Clavijo is entitled to receive his base salary for three months after the term ends.
To facilitate the transition, the board on March 20 appointed Controller Yasir Haider as interim CFO. Haider joined Mannatech on January 6, 2025, after holding senior finance roles including chief financial officer and financial controller, and holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University.
