Mannatech said it received a Nasdaq notice dated April 20, 2026, stating that it is not in compliance with Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), which requires Nasdaq Capital Market companies to maintain at least 2.5 million dollars of stockholders' equity.
As reported in Mannatech's 2025 Form 10-K, stockholders' equity was a deficit of about 5.2 million dollars as of December 31, 2025, a shortfall of roughly 7.7 million dollars against the rule. The company said it also did not meet the alternative continued-listing standards based on market value of listed securities or net income from continuing operations. The notice does not immediately delist the stock. Mannatech said it had 45 days, until June 4, 2026, to submit a compliance plan and that Nasdaq could grant up to 180 days from the notice, until October 17, 2026, to evidence compliance if the plan is accepted.
Mannatech said it intended to submit a timely plan describing steps to restore stockholders' equity to at least 2.5 million dollars. Its common stock continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol MTEX.
