Primerica, Inc. said its board elected Darryl L. Wilson to fill a vacancy, with his term beginning February 17, 2024. He has not yet been named to any board committees.
Wilson is founder, chairman and president of The Wilson Collective, a business advisory and investment firm he launched in 2018. He previously spent more than 30 years in global leadership roles, including 25 years at General Electric, where he served as vice president, commercial of GE Power and held senior posts including chief executive of GE Aero-derivative Products and of GE consumer businesses in Asia and in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and five years with British Petroleum North America.
Wilson also serves on the boards of NextEra Energy and Eaton Corporation. Duluth, Georgia based Primerica sells term life insurance and investment products through a sales force of independent licensed representatives.
