Primerica, Inc. promoted Tracy Tan, executive vice president of finance, to chief financial officer and principal financial officer, effective December 20, 2023. The company had previously said Tan would succeed Chief Financial Officer Alison Rand no later than April 1, 2024.
Nicholas Jendusa, executive vice president and controller, was appointed principal accounting officer, also effective December 20. Rand will remain with the company until her retirement on April 1, 2024, providing transition support and working on special executive projects.
Chief Executive Glenn Williams said Tan had been a great addition to the executive team and noted that Jendusa had been a senior accounting leader since 2012. Primerica sells term life insurance and investment products through independent licensed representatives in the United States and Canada.
