Compensation Plan
Racco Consultants earn retail profit, a $20 credit bonus to buy products each time they sponsor a new consultant, and commission overrides on their first and second line's organization volume. Consultants can also become a Relationship Manager after enrolling at least 30 people in their team, and can perform product trainings, opportunity meetings and other events. Those who enroll at least 60 people in their team have the opportunity to open a Distribution Center.
