U Design Jewelry is a direct sales company based in St. Charles, MO, that offers customers the opportunity to design their own custom jewelry at home parties. U Design Jewelry is a member of the DSA.

Guests at U Design Jewelry parties are given a bead board and design their own jewelry with the Design Rep’s supply of sterling silver beads, semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystals, and art glass beads. After they are finished, the Design Rep takes the guests’ designs home and finishes the jewelry to the customer’s custom size.

The U Design Jewelry Vision is “To offer women the opportunity to build a career, on their terms, and achieve financial independence while having fun. To offer an atmosphere of fun and fellowship for women as they design their own quality jewelry that is unique to only them!”

Enrollment Options

The U Design Jewelry Sales Rep Starter Kits start at $125.00. The Starter Kit includes tools and supplies to get started, a personal website, and the opportunity to choose up to $400.00 in jewelry at 40% off in addition to the kit. Larger starter kits are also available for $1,500.00 and $2,500.00. There is no experience necessary to become a Design Rep -- U Design provides training to new Design Reps to teach them how to make jewelry.

Compensation Plan

Design Reps purchase their beads, materials and supplies from U Design Jewelry and make 40-60% profit on everything they sell. They can also earn commission between 1% and 5% on anyone they sponsor.
