Zyia Active is an activewear and lifestyle-apparel company headquartered in Draper, Utah, and operated by Zyia Active, LLC. The company was founded in 2017 by Erin Bradley, who serves as Founder and CEO, and her husband Jeremiah Bradley, who serves as Founder and Chairman of the Board and previously spent more than a decade in direct selling, including service as CEO of a multinational company. Co-founders Brenda Bradley, the company's designer, and Zach Bradley, who has served as President since the company's founding, are also part of the leadership team. Zyia sells leggings, sports bras, tops, joggers, shorts, jackets, and other athletic and athleisure apparel for women, men, and children, along with wellness and personal-care products. In June 2025, Zyia acquired Essential Bodywear, a bra and intimates company, and in 2026 it expanded into pickleball apparel. The company sells through Independent Representatives in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Zyia Active operates as a multilevel-marketing company through independent sellers called Representatives. Representatives earn personal sales commissions of 20% on their own sales, rising to 25% at the Executive rank and above, plus an additional 8% personal commission override in any month in which their personal volume exceeds 1,000. Beginning at the Junior Representative rank, Representatives earn commissions on the sales of their downline organization through as many as ten levels, ranging from 5% on the first level at Junior Representative to 11% on the first level and 2% to 4% on deeper levels at the top ranks. The plan has eleven ranks, from Representative to ZYIA Presidential, each with monthly personal volume, lifetime personal volume, first-level volume, and group-volume requirements. One-time rank bonuses range from $50 at Junior Representative to $15,000 at ZYIA Presidential, with the Junior Representative bonus paid only when the rank is reached within the first three full months. Representatives may also qualify for incentive trips, promotions, and recognition awards.
Income Disclosures:
Npros was unable to find a published income disclosure for Zyia Active.
The Federal Trade Commission sent Zyia Active a Notice of Penalty Offenses concerning money-making opportunities, endorsements, and testimonials in October 2021. The notice summarized established legal standards covering misleading income claims, atypical testimonials, and deceptive business-opportunity promotions. Zyia Active's receipt of the notice was not an accusation or finding that the company had violated the law.
Zyia Active's policies and procedures prohibit Representatives from making income projections or income claims, or from disclosing their Zyia income, when presenting the business opportunity, on the stated basis that Representatives do not have the data necessary to comply with the legal requirements for making income claims. In July 2020, the consumer-advocacy group Truth in Advertising reported that income-related social-media posts by a top Zyia distributor remained online after a consumer complained to the company's compliance department.
