USANA Health Sciences named Xia Ding to its board of directors. Ding was serving as vice president of e-commerce for Asia Pacific and Latin America at Nike, and had held management roles at global online and omnichannel retailers.
Chief executive and chairman Kevin Guest said her record running multinational business units, and her work on digital and e-commerce programs, would help the board immediately. The appointment adds a director whose background is in online retail rather than direct selling operations.
The company did not describe any other board departures in the announcement.
