Gemstyle offers several catalogues that feature the latest trendy and original designs made with various precious metals such as gold and silver, in addition to gem stones, seashells, pearl, stained glass, and diamonds in products including earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets. The company offers a large selection at reasonable costume jewelry prices. The web site gives access to both recently released catalogues as well as back issues and shows the jewelry being worn by fashionable models.

The compensation plan offers consultants a 25% retail sales commission plus and extra 5% for any months where sales exceed $1200. Sponsor bonuses are available from team members in amounts ranging from 1% to 3%, and periodic advancement bonuses are paid as well.
