SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, January 9, 2025 --

Oriflame said it will move its European cosmetics production from its factory in Warsaw, Poland, to a network of selected high-end European contract manufacturers over the next two years, closing the Polish plant, its only production site in Europe.

The company said working with multiple partners, many of which produce for prestige beauty brands, will give it access to more technologies and manufacturing processes and speed new products to market. Production will remain within the European Union, with its high-end skincare formulas, developed in Stockholm, to be made in France.

Oriflame said the closure will be managed so that existing committed orders are fulfilled or transferred to the new partners, and that it will honor existing terms with suppliers and customers during the transition. Chief Executive Anna Malmhake said the company is changing its business model to deliver more innovative products faster to its global network of sellers.
