Scentsy Consultants work as independent contractors introducing Scentsy products to prospective buyers via direct selling. Available products include: Scentsy wick-less candles, various fragrances, sprays, and wax warmers.

Scentsy Consultations can take place in the home, workplace, or any number of appropriate social events; between friends, colleagues, and even family. Being a Scentsy Consultant allows the contractor to work his or her own hours in addition to choosing their own work setting.

Scentsy Consultants sponsor recruits by introducing products and services upon inception. New Scentsy initiates receive a starter kit at a cost of $99, which includes tester fragrances, business supplies, and demo products. Once the Sponsor provides the new consultant with the starter kit, he or she then instructs the recruit on how to make the most of Scentsy’s training and support tools.
