Enliven International no longer appears to be active as a direct sales company.

Enliven International is no longer active as a standalone MLM. The Utah-based company was sold to Kyäni and absorbed into its operations during approximately 2007–2008. Its best-known product, Nitro FX, survived under the Kyäni name and is now sold by Amare Global in some international markets.

Enliven International was a nutritional-products network-marketing company established in the late 1990s and headquartered in Washington, Utah. Historical corporate records trace Enliven International Inc. to 1998, while industry listings place the company's launch around 1999. Michael V. Lee served as president and chief executive officer, and Peter Hammer served as chief operating officer.

The company built its product line around the noni plant, particularly noni juice and Nitro FX, a concentrated liquid supplement promoted for supporting the body's production of nitric oxide. Enliven said the formula resulted from laboratory research it commissioned in 2001 involving noni juice, leaves and other parts of the plant. The company subsequently positioned Nitro FX as its flagship product and marketed it internationally through independent distributors.

Enliven used a multilevel network-marketing model. Independent distributors sold products through personal contacts and company-supplied replicated websites while recruiting additional distributors into their organizations. The company expanded into several overseas markets and formally opened a Singapore office on June 29, 2003, with representatives from Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand attending the launch. A complete surviving compensation plan showing verified commission percentages, rank requirements and enrollment costs was not located.

Enliven was sold to Kyäni as the newer company was building its nutritional-products operation.
